    CMC are seeking a Night Loader to be involved with loading of vehicles with our animal feeds.

    Responsibilities:

    • Loading the vehicles safely, using the main out loading bin system while communicating closely with the driver of the vehicle.
    • Sample collection and logging of all goods in and out.
    • Using the Holmen’s testing equipment to ensure quality is maintained on manufactured product.
    • Raw material intake sample taking and identification.
    • Operation of the weighbridges, and administratively being able to ensure load plans / product codes/ identity on delivery notes are accurate.
    • Cleaning of intake points and out loading areas, ensuring all areas within the yard are kept swept and clean at the end of each shift.
    • Changing partitions to suit load plan where necessary and assisting the driver of the vehicle, where required.

    Requirements:

    • Basic Hours – 50 per week
    • General Working Hours – 16:00pm – 02:00am (changeable dependant on production capacity)

    Remuneration:

    • Earning Potential to exceed £30,500 per annum
    • SSP and Company Pension
    • 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays
    • Possibility of obtaining ‘Lorry Driving Shunter Licence’ for operating vehicles on site ONLY here for loading.
    • Uniform and training to be issued and offered.

    CMC are seeking a Warehouse Operator to be involved in the processing of our bagged animal feeds in our busy warehouse.

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday – 07.00am to 17.00pm. Overtime available at weekends.

    Requirements:

    • Forklift license preferred, but training can be provided.
    • Good record keeping skills to complete essential documentation.
    • Good communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    You’ll be involved with:

    • Packaging, storage and labelling of CMC bagged products daily.
    • Order picking and despatch goods.
    • Warehouse maintenance and stock control.
    • Weekly stock rotation.
    • Daily maintenance of bagging plant and forklifts.
    • Maintenance and cleaning duties and the respective record keeping.
    • Checking inward bagged goods and documentation.

    CMC are seeking a Milling Operative to be involved in the processing of animal feed from raw material to storage of finished product.

    You will be working the following rotating shift patterns:

    SHIFT ONE (1st Month) - 36hrs

    Sunday 18:00pm – Monday 06:00am
    Monday 18:00pm – Tuesday 06:00am
    Tuesday 18:00pm – Wednesday 06:00am

    SHIFT TWO (2nd Month) - 36hrs

    Wednesday 18:00pm – Thursday 06:00am
    Thursday 18:00pm – Friday 06:00am
    Friday 18:00pm – Saturday 06:00am

    SHIFT THREE (3rd Month) - 40hrs

    Monday to Friday 10:00am – 18:00pm

    Remuneration:

    Requirements:

    • Experience/knowledge of Promtek or similar process control system – not essential as training will be given.
    • Good numeracy skills.
    • Good communication skills.
    • Agricultural background preferred, but not essential.

    Responsibilities:

    • Processing and manufacturing pelleted and meal animal feed to UFAS standards.
    • Running mill machinery efficiently and effectively.
    • Scheduling production to suit Customer requirements.
