    You will be the first point of contact for our customers. Building lasting relationships is an integral part of our business and we are looking for a friendly individual who will understand our ethos and help us continually improve.

    This position will provide the opportunity for the successful candidate to tailor their career path as it develops within the company.

    Responsibilities

    • To manage incoming calls and customer service enquiries in a patient manner
    • Use our software system to accurately process customer orders
    • Have ability to work with spreadsheets and process information accurately
    • Provide administrative support for the team members in the office along with the sales team

    Requirements:

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Strong customer service skills

    • Good organisational skills

    • Initiative/proactive

    • Personable, friendly team player

    • An agricultural background/understanding would be advantageous but not essential

    This is a full-time position 0800-1700 Monday-Friday which will include some Saturday mornings each month. A competitive remuneration package will be on offer to the successful candidate. We recognise individual’s potential and provide training and progression for candidates wishing to enhance their careers.

    40 hours per week with some weekend work as and when required.

    Permanent position.

    28 days annual leave including bank holidays

    Responsibilities

    • Co-ordinate the bagged delivery vehicles, ensuring deliveries are made on time and as efficiently as possible.
    • Manage the warehouse stock of bagged feed .
    • Completing relevant paperwork and delivery documentation.
    • Communicating confidently with sales representatives and customers ensuring their delivery requirements are met.
    • Supporting the wider transport and warehouse team as required.

    Pay:

    From £28,000.00 per year
