Russell is a key part of our management team and the driving force behind our poultry sector. With over 30 years of experience in the industry and as a successful poultry grower himself he brings real-world insight and practical know-how to the table.

He works closely with a wide range of customers, from free-range layer producers to large-scale broiler bird operations, offering support that’s grounded, reliable, and always tailored to their needs.

Russell’s passion for poultry is matched only by his love for life outside of work. With his two sons now grown up, he enjoys quality time with his wife Alison. In his spare time, you'll find him out shooting, cheering on the rugby, or enjoying a good laugh with friends.
