This academic foundation led Karen into a key industry role as Research and Development Manager at DairyCo (now AHDB Dairy), before transitioning into the feed sector where she continues to apply her expertise to practical, on-farm challenges.
Karen also serves as Secretary of the Dairy Science Forum; a collaborative group committed to enhancing the contribution of science to the health and productivity of dairy cows and the wider dairy sector. Passionate about supporting British agriculture, Karen is driven by the belief that every farming business is unique.
She takes pride in understanding the individual goals and challenges of each farm, working closely with farmers and their teams to deliver tailored, evidence-based nutritional solutions that make a real difference.
